Do you have experience in electrical assembly, cable manufacturing, or soldering? Are you handy, meticulous, and accustomed to reading blueprints or detailed instructions? Then you might be the one we are looking for to fill a position as an assembler at DeltaNordic!

On behalf of DeltaNordic in Kungsängen, we are now seeking several technical assemblers for a long-term assignment. DeltaNordic is a leading provider of customized solutions in control cabinets, control systems, and cabling. You will work in their modern production facility in a role where quality and precision are the focus.

This is a full-time consulting assignment via Randstad, with daytime working hours Monday to Friday and the possibility of flexibility. For the right person, the goal is employment with DeltaNordic after 6 months of consulting hire.

The position is located at DeltaNordic's modern production facility in Kungsängen. As an assembler at DeltaNordic, you will work with customized manufacturing. You will be part of a team where your tasks vary depending on your specific profile and experience. We are currently looking for personnel with experience in three main areas, all of which require very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written:

• Assembler (electrical/mechanical) You will work with the assembly of electrical and mechanical components, often in series production. The work requires you to be handy and have a basic understanding of electricity and the ability to methodically follow clear instructions.
• Cable Assembler You will work more independently with advanced manufacturing and assembly of cabling. The work requires very good experience in reading and working from technical drawings and connection tables, experience in handling crimping tools and assembling pins, as well as high precision and knowledge of quality standards (experience with IPC 620 standard is strongly meritorious).
• Assembler with soldering certificate FSD 5115G and experience in soldering.

Responsibilities

In the role of electrical assembler, you will work with the assembly of electrical and mechanical components, often in series production. Your main task is to build and complete customized control cabinets and electrical panels from scratch. The work starts with a blank assembly plate or cabinet where you, based on a layout drawing, mount all the electrical basic components. This includes attaching DIN rails, cable channels, switches, contactors, relays, and terminals.

Once the components are in place, you will move on to the electrical work. You will follow a wiring diagram and pull and connect cables between the various parts. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the cables are neatly routed in the cable channels to create a clean, safe, and service-friendly installation.

In the role of cable assembler, you will manufacture customized cabling from scratch, which requires you to independently read and follow detailed technical documentation. Your main tasks are guided by cable drawings, which show how the finished cabling should look and how the pins should be placed, as well as connection tables that provide exact instructions on lengths, labeling, and connection points. The practical work is fine assembly that requires high precision, where you use special tools such as crimping pliers to attach contact pins to the cables. All work must be performed carefully to meet the high quality requirements according to the industry standard IPC-620.

Qualifications

Requirements for the position:

• Previous experience in similar assembly work.
• Either experience in electrical assembly/control cabinet construction, cable manufacturing, or soldering experience.
• Very good ability to read and understand either technical drawings/connection tables or detailed assembly instructions.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing (a requirement to understand work and safety instructions).

Meritorious:

• Basic electrical training or equivalent documented electrical understanding.
• Certification or good knowledge of IPC 620 standard (for the role of cable assembler).
• Soldering certificate FSD 5115G.
